I actually never even stayed here. I canceled my 訂房網站 weeks prior to arrival. I had booked two rooms at the same time through 訂房網站.com. Apparently I was sent two separate confirmations even though I booked both at one time. So only one room got canceled. I suddenly received an email 3 days before check in saying I was confirmed. I tried to tell them I canceled and they refused to help. Were super incredibly rude and basically said tough. We’re charging you anyway. Terrible customer care. So when I do go to Nafplio there is zero chance I will stay there as the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. Also, 訂房網站.com did not stand behind or help me either. Extremely disappointing. There is no customer care any more. Keyboard warriors who don’t care at all. No common sense or common decency any longer.

The hotel is located in the old town, at a stone throw to everything. Parking is not allowed at the premises, however you can load/unload luggages in front of the hotel. Our room is at the top, with a jacuzzi in the balcony, which will need to take steps for the highest foor. With heavy luggage, would be good to request rooms on 1st floor with direct lift access instead.

房間很大，設備齊全，服務超好。一般早餐是9點到11點，但我們8點半出行，酒店貼心地把早餐提前送到房間。

Nafplio 非常棒的海濱酒店。幾步之遙就是海邊，海邊的公共停車場免費。房間有個小陽台，有太陽的時光可以坐在戶外的陽台上喝咖啡。酒店的餐廳環境和早餐都非常棒，讓我尤為感動的是第三天一早我們要早餐時間前離開趕飛機，酒店前一晚送來了早餐盒，實際上是把全套的兩份早餐搬到了客房，麵包、甜品、雞蛋、酸奶、水果盤、蜂蜜，太豐盛了！前台美麗的小姐姐推薦的海鮮餐廳也太棒了，是家傳承了150年五代的家族餐廳。 以後如果再來小鎮，首選3-sixty
